We are committed to creating a safe, happy, secure and relaxed environment for the children in our breakfast club.

Our breakfast club is open to any child attending The Russell School. The breakfast club runs from 7.45am until the start of the school day. The breakfast club is not available inset days or during school holidays.

Daily rate £3.50 per session (rising to £5.00 per session from January 2024)

At the breakfast club, children are given breakfast. This is served until 8.15am. Breakfast is usually a choice of healthy breakfast cereals, toast, pancakes, yoghurt and fruit.

The activities, including puzzles, colouring pens and books, encourage a calm atmosphere to ensure a positive start to the school day.

At the end of the session, a member of the team will accompany the younger children to their classroom. The older children will be encouraged to proceed to class independently.
