    The Russell School

Year Four learn through an exciting range of projects to develop their skills and knowledge.

Year Four is a key part of Lower Key Stage Two. The children work hard to develop the skills and knowledge to prepare them for the final two years of primary school, Years Five and Six, which form Upper Key Stage Two.

Often the highlight for Year Four is ‘The Sleepover’ where the children get the chance to stay overnight at Thames Young Mariners before returning to school the next morning. Year Four are also in charge of hosting The Harvest Tea Party for the elderly residents in our school community. The children always put on a great show for them to watch.
